  • Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where Markrish fails to deliver the agreed service.
  • Any third-party expenses (ads, hosting, domain, tools, etc.) will be borne by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and materials (text, logos, images, credentials) required for the project.
  • Approving content, creatives, and campaigns within the discussed timeline.
  • Maintaining ownership of all accounts (social media, websites, ad accounts, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All creative content, designs, strategies, and materials developed by Markrish remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless stated otherwise.
  • Markrish reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or for promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Markrish respects the confidentiality of client information. Any data, credentials, or project details shared will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Markrish will not be liable for any:

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from service use or website downtime.
  • Issues caused by external platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Hosting Services).
  • Misuse of content once it has been delivered to the client.

8. Termination of Service

Markrish reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed beyond the agreed terms.
  • The client engages in unethical or illegal activities.
  • There is misuse of Markrish’s name, brand, or intellectual property.

9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp). Markrish is not responsible for any downtime, policy changes, or data loss occurring on such platforms.

10. Policy Updates

Markrish may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
